By downloading or using any application developed by the Timestamp Camera Team (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our software and services.

1. Usage of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Timestamp Camera Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.

Forbidden Actions:

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and database rights, remain the exclusive property of the Timestamp Camera Team. We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Consequently, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

2. Fee-Based Services and Payments

While basic features may be free, we may introduce premium functionalities that require payment through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any such charges will be made clear to you before you commit to them. All payments are handled by the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), and their terms apply to your financial transactions.

3. Personal Data and Security

The app processes personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone—the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromised security features, and could mean that the Timestamp Camera app won't work properly or at all.

5. Internet Connectivity and Data Usage

Timestamp Camera Pro requires an active internet connection for certain features (e.g., cloud sync, location verification, map overlays). We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or if you have no data allowance left.

If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges.

6. App Updates and Support

We may from time to time wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS—the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the OS version that you have installed on your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TIMESTAMP CAMERA TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to our app and services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms shall end; (b) you must cease all use of the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
